I have a keen interest in sport and fitness and have participated in triathalons, half marathon running, swimming squads, defence run bootcamps and cycling. I was after something new. A friend of mine found Adrenaline MMA and fitness and asked if I wanted to go and have a look.
Entering the gym I was welcomed by Julie. Julie was professional and personable in explaining the terms and conditions of
Aiden and Jake approached me and kindly took me under their wing for some skipping lessons! As I had never done any kickboxing previous to starting at Adrenaline it was fair to say that my technique (I use the term lightly!) left a little to be desired. Coach Jordan took the time to teach me technique and combinations and my skills began to improve. I felt encouraged and supported in my learning of new skills, all the while my fitness goals were taken into consideration.
I find the team atmosphere at Adrenaline an attraction to continue with my membership. Trainers jump in where needed, and you know you're going to be pushed to your limits when tapped on the shoulder by Cris Brown for some one on one during the Saturday morning class. Coach Jordan Cameron sets the pace for the week night sessions and leaves no fuel in the tank for getting down the stairs after class! All in all im pleased I stepped into the cage with the Adrenaline MMA and Fitness team. What a great club to be involved with.
