Adrenaline MMA's Boxing classes are a great way to dip your toes into combat sports. You'll learn fundamental punching, blocking, footwork and head movement techniques in a safe and beginner friendly environment while getting in a great work out. Sparring is completely optional for students but for those that do wish to test themselves you'll be closely supervised by our staff while you 'learn the ropes'! |
